What important to know before the class: Bhangra Dance is a hard-core workout activity as well. So this dance may not be suitable for you if you have a recent surgery or cute physical challenges or something which makes your body painful to move/jump fast. Although we inspire everyone to participate, but we also suggest you to listen to your body. You can come to try and see first if you can adept to this form of dance. But if you can adept to it, this maybe the best workout for you.
Important Note: Please bring your running or sports shoes!
When you think of Bhangra dancing, the Yukon isn’t the first place you think of but thanks to one man, that perception is changing. Gurdeep Pandher teaches Bhangra to his Whitehorse neighbours and has been making waves with some of the videos he has created as well.
